“A fool vents all his anger, but the
wise bring calm in the end”.
I trust
every body does understand when I say “do not Kidero me”
What is anger?
A violent
passion of the mind excited by a real or supposed injury, usually accompanied
with a propensity to take vengeance or to obtain satisfaction from the
offending party.
Anger is
also excited by an injury offered to a relation, friend or party to whom one is
attached
It can also
due to cruelty, injustice or oppression offered to those whom one has no
connection or even to community of which one is a member
Anger may be
inflamed till it rises to rage and a temporary delirium [confusion in mind]
When is the
last time you were ever angry?
Kindly let’s
be honest with me just for now
Is it a sin
to be angry?
Never
go to bed mad. Stay up and fight
Angry
people are not always wise
Bitterness
is like cancer. It eats upon the host. But anger is fire, it burns it all
clean.
When
angry count 4, when very angry, swear-Mark Twain
Speak
when you are angry and you will make the best speech you will ever
regret-Ambrose Bierce.
It
is wise to direct your anger towards problems not people; to focus your
energies on answers-not excuse-William Arthur Ward.
The
strong is not the good wrestler; Rather, the strong person is the one who
controls himself when he is angry.
Do
not hold to anger, hurt or pain. They steal your energy and keep you from love.
Man is full
of emotions, but how, when and where you vent your anger will tell us what
metal you are made of.
Anger is a
completely healthy human emotion.
But when it
gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead problems- problems at
work, in your home, personal relationship and in the overall quality of your
life.

Anger is a
natural adaptive response to threats.
It inspires
powerful often aggressive, feelings and behaviors which allow us to fight and
to defend ourselves when we are attacked or triggered.
Anger
can be suppressed and then converted or redirected.
This happens
when you are in –charge and total control of yourself
This is what
happens when you witness a man carry his children to his matrimonial bed douse
the bedroom with kerosene and lights it on flame as we watched last Sunday, 15th
