SEED



SEED

ISAIAH 61:1


"For as the earth bringeth forth her bud and as the garden causeth the things that are sown in it to spring forth so the Lord GOD will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations".

Seed is not what we have been taught out there.
Seed is the word
LOGOS, the spoken word of God
Mark4.14 ‘The Sower soweth the seed’
MARK 16.20 ‘And they went forth and preached every word where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following, Amen.

The teachings you have heard out there are not what we are going to learn
We are embarking on a journey to cruise through and peruse the Rhema word of God. This is the spoken word.

Seed defined
  1. Flowering plant’s unit of production capable of developing into another such plant.
  2. A small, hard object produced by plants from which a new plant of same kind grows.
  3. Biblical-the group of people who have a particular person as their grandfather etc. especially when they form a particular race.
  4. Something that makes a new situation starts to grow and develop.
  5. Biblical (sex)

  1. Prime root
  2. Disseminate:- scatter about, sow in various places
  3. Plant

  5. Conceive seed

Quality of a good seed (Characteristics)



    1. Variety
    2. Agronomic characteristics
    3. Obtaining and maintaining good quality seed. [A seed contains a young live plant,  the germ) a supply of food to start of the young plant (the endosperm)  
    Factors to grow seed

    1. Appearance & tests –only reliable means of altering the ability of  seed to 
    Germinate
    James alludes to the same tests are good for a believer and the presence of disease- sin
    1. Purity, not mixed up, clean
    2. Germination
    3. Tests,
    4. kernel plumpness
    5. Color
    6. Condition
    7. Diseases
    8. Uniform size

    What to avoid in seed storage
    1. Weather damage:- Seed lasts long when stored in a cool warm place
    2. Sprout damage: - infection through bad storage. Bad company corrupts
    Good morals
    1. Frost damage, low profile Christianity will kill you just as frost. Sitaki

    1. High moisture content. Leads to aflatoxin. Lack of fellowship, reading the
    Word etc is a recipe for dying slowly- kuingiza maji.
    1. Heat dried grain. Iron sharpens iron. Good quality gold after mining is then
    passed through very hot fire for grading. This in essence pushes the price up
    a hundred times. Without refining no good selection of seed for next planting season can be achieved.
          6.   Spring harvested grain- drying this seed is a headache. So your guess is as
                Good as mine. This seed will rot and rot very first. And we have such seeds
                very plenty in the church today. People who backslid shortly after they did
                get saved. And you know what; they are also seed aren’t they?


    This is very important to note
    WEAK SEED PRODUCES WEEK SEEDLINGS

    All seeds are found within
    And since they are within whatever they bring forth sits just exactly like them

    Seeds can NEVER be TRANSPLANTED.
    Rather do not expect to take seed in me put it in brother x and expect it to yield results similar to brother x. flesh begats flesh and so do Spirit begat spirit.
    It is important for you and I to create the right environment for the growth and nourishment of the seed.
    To put up with an active spiritual life, grow the spirit
    Read the word
    Have a culture of priority of when to meet your maker. Daniel is our very best example. Malnourished body cases bring forth malnourished seeds
    Nourished seeds do no scavenge for food
    They are very selective
    They are as proud and choosy as eagle.
    They soar from high and ONLY COME DOWN WHEN VERY CERTAIN THAT IS CHOICE MEAT.

    The only sorry thing is that these posters may be pointing to wrong intentions.

    What do you expect?
    Suffocation of the yet to be born child due to a very narrow path way and weak bones
    Milk was good when we were young, but as we developed, meat became a better choice but this was not the end.
    Now is time to prime on the bone
    Know that adage_ the nearer the bone, the sweeter the meat.
    Spiritual matters are nourished spiritually not through entertainment and drama.
    If you need drama the Kenya National Theater and Churchill Live will offer plenty.
    But if you need to dry and harden your seed go the Joseph’s way. Pit, prison and finally palace!
    All have very important roles they play in a believer’s life
    Who said lack of any thing is sin?

    Seeds are unique
    They cannot be compared by virtue of our requirements.
    The best you can aspire is for the seed to be grown well, nourished, harvested, and hardened before final storage in the presence of the Lord to continue being worked on until the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.

    Seeds are compositions and manifestation of the source, God, the creator.
    Psalm 139:14 I am fear fully and wonderfully made.
    Scientist would tell us that no two human beings ‘hata shilingi kwa ya pili’ have similar finger prints or even eye balls.

    Corrections of seed can only lead to corruption of the seed.
    Get me very well
    GMO is a very good system of sustaining hunger, however the same does not yield a crop of the results that are similar to them.. This was and still is being tried on manufacturing man but it has failed.
    God is God and cannot be corrected.
    What authority do I have to do this?
    God forbid!

    Seeds are power parked.
    In them there is food to last until they are developed.
    God has empowered you and me in the power of His might.
    The Holy Spirit lives in this temple of mine
    I am dynamite just waiting to explode
    But the right environment has to be provided.
    For seeds to develop properly there must be maintained some Constance:

    1. Right soil
          I.e. your heart and mine heart
    Well ploughed out soil, with enough moisture, devoid of weeds and of the right texture. A heart nicely worked on by the word of God and is just waiting for the sower, (God) to do the sowing of the word
    We are talking about a heart that is fully surrendered to God. Are you qualified as such?

    1. Right temperature.
         Seeds can only grow well when warmth is provided
    This can only be provided for by the great comforter, the Holy Spirit. They who dwell in the secret place of the Lord shall abide in the shadow of the Almighty.

    1. Water.
          Water is life. Jesus declared those who believe in me, streams of living
    Water shall from above through them. Water is essential for any amount of growth to occur or else wilting will take place. Wilting- kufifia kwa imani. Dying swiftly or slowly as the young men put it
    You are prone to wilting if the time you spend under the shadow of the almighty is minimal. Sliding will take place and soon you will be dry, withered and dead.
    Water is a sure source of guidance of God. Where the Spirit is, there is life
    And this life Jesus said it everlasting
            
    1. Sun.
    Drying only takes place during the dry season which is characterized by plenty of sunshine.
    The Lord is a sun, the great light that lights up the world.
    It is from this stand point that we have to learn that after we have grown and matured, we need to be worked on by the sun. Drying is painful. This is direct subjection to the elements.
    Being turned around. It is what Paul says persecution and tests on every side but not yet perplexed.
    Waiting in the Lord’s presence until God confirms indeed He is aware you are there

    Just as there is good seed so is the opposite true. There is fruitful seed and dead seed.
    Remember Lucifer, the former bright morning star, how greatly is he fallen.
    Why?
    Simply because he could not sustain submission and took on God direct.
    God cannot stand our competition with Him.
    Either you surrender or he chucks you out
    The choice is well elaborated for all and sundry to see.


    What to avoid so that the seed is not damaged (Storage)

    1. Weather damage
    2. Sprout damage
    3. Frost damage
    4. High moisture storage
    5. Heat dried grain
    6. Spring harvested grain

    WEAK SEED PRODUCES WEEK SEEDLINGS


    Friends if you have received (conceived) the seed, and this you know how, then you are pregnant.
    There must be intimacy, closeness, a total connection of hearts/spirits, harmony and oneness in the spirit (yours and God)
    Then finally the seed, the word of God is own into the ground i.e. your heart.

    Conception does not take anytime a man’s spermatozoa (egg) are deposited in the woman’s birth carnal.
    There are certain factors and conditions that have to be correct or in the right place and strict conditions observed:-
    1. Timing (fertile)
    2. Frame of mind
    3. Ph
    4. Vessels themselves (conception does not take place in a vacuum).

    NOW THAT COCEPTION HAS TAKEN PLACE, THE HARD PART BEGINS
    This is called NURSING the pregnancy.
    1. Nauseating: - Some things you did before but now you look at them and feel like throwing. Salvation involves changing of character and ways of doing things and even extends to friendship. Your alignment changes and even the interests.
    2. Choice. Selection or maringo is in order. Nothing can be done. About it for we cannot force it down the throat. Do not allow sin to chance on you and trade you in salvation. Throw it out. The smell of sin is terrible. And if the push comes to shoves, then run away. For this matter don’t run but rather turn away and go. Run dear saint run away from that sin that so easily entangles. Destroy former habits that were a way of life. With the new life, they are not compatible, neither exiting for they are death in themselves. Go after life giving experiences. You are new, smell new and act like so!
    3. Morning sickness.
    The morning warmth is good. Indeed the scripture says He will cover you with his wings as the chicken does to its young ones.
     His feathers shall be a source of comfort for you.
    Desire above all things to dwell in His presence, For in His presence there is fullness of joy. You will be called names but what is the matter if after all I am pregnant and the warmth I need I cannot sustain it anywhere?
    Look at mother hen who wants to lay an egg. She gets ready to lay and even a lay man does not need to be told as such. These are signs of pregnancy hung on brother!
    Fight the good fight of faith. The victory is ominous and is coming very soon. And though it tarries, it shall surely break forth. So hold on beloved of the majesty
    1. Extension or expansion.
    Growth both in body and mind as you anticipate bringing forth life.
    Start thinking and acting being a mother.
    The good thing with this growth is that though the stomach is bulging, no pain is experienced. I love the way God does things.
    Outside is just a bulging stomach, inside their life that is nourishing. Care and protection is required of you, thus you have to be choosy in what you eat do and where you go.
    Praise Jesus!
    This is tremendous!

    This is the joy of encountering Jesus as lord and knowing him as saviour.
    Praise be to the sovereign rein of our lord even the Christ1

    1. Labour pains
    The travails are bound to come both in leaps and in bounds.
    Tests will definitely be available.
    Take heart and encourage yourself in the lord.
    It is just for a season. Live one day at a time. Keep focus and know that labor pains are a precursor o the soon coming joy. Thus, though I pass through the valley of Baca I shall fear no evil.
    Temptation will also appear but do not be like Adam, listen to all counsel. You like an engaged maiden solicit for advice with a long spoon if not a spade.
    1. Delivery.
    The young of a lion is definitely a young lion. And because you are birthed of the lion of the tribe of Judah, then your offspring has the same blood flowing in its veins.
    Your seed needs to be similar to you yourself.
    There are no rooms for scape goats.
    Some slaps here and there are not bad to keep you pushing the baby are no bad. The word keeps you on the perfect track
    For you know eloquently well that leniency will but only yield to the death of the baby.
    There KEEP PUSHING. Pray until something happens. Pray, saint pray, Beloved Pray. Pray, Pray, Pray and keep on Praying!
    Halleluyah to the King of Glory!!
    The Lord reigns!!
    Jesus is lord behold he is seated on his thrown clad in robes of majesty1
         Amen and Amen!!

    1. Joy
    Who is it that brings forth a baby and hides it?
    Do not quote for me Moses for this was God’s own way of commissioning his servant.
    You can recall even our very lord was hidden but those who knew how to read the signs still brought through their gifts
    When the sheaves are brought it, just a sight glance at the harvest mellows the heart. You cannot hide it.
    Remember the woman who had lost just one silver coin.
    After turning every thing upside down and finding, she went out to announce her finding. Why not you?
    Even those who never knew she had money came to know about it. The joy of the Lord is our strength. This joy is evident all over you cannot hide it.
    Try it until you experience the Jeremiah experience.
    He tried hiding the word of Jehovah until he realized that it was a consuming fire. He had to spew.
    Tangaza furaha ya bwana
    Declare him, Declare him, and declare him!
    And fear not for your seed is lion just as you are on
    Glory to Jesus!
    The bundle of joy either resembles you, your wife/husband, or other relative.


    Mark 4.27
    The seed should spring forth and grow up
    How the seed sprouts and grows no one can fathom
    This science is so great even for the great minds in science
    This phenomenon is just to smart and profound
    Our small minds cannot take it in
    The only reference manual is the Almighty one, who was is and shall be.
    Glory to Jesus!

    Re. Genesis 1.1 and following
    God spoke and it was done. There was no delay or any question.
    As He spoke things, animals and plants fell in place. The rivers, the valleys and mountains was so formed.
    His word is power.
    This is the seed we are sowing here NOT your money.
    I pray some one hears and understand what I am talking about.
    God spoke the word-the LOGOS or his spoken word and so it was.
    Your words have power if spoken in the mighty name of Jesus.
    Do not be careless about your words. Rather be exquisite, speak under the anointing of Christ and all shall be well.
    The seed has power in it to sustain the young one.
    Do not give up
    In you there is 'DUNAMIS'. Exercise this executive power of our creator and our GOD.

    Because you are from the seed so has God determined to bless you just as He promised Abraham Genesis 17.3-8
    The seed is as blessed as the bearer or carrier for this matter you and I. Gen.12.1
    Believe it and declare it!
    This word is yours!
    Claim it and move on with it.

    The seed has the right to inheritance just as the father is Genesis 15:18
    And true enough you cannot have an impact without an input.
    The seed has this entitlement only if he abides in the source. Genesis 17:10
    Some things that you undergo have no room for question.
    They are only but championing God’s own plans.
    Having gone through this refining you will come out as pure as gold.
    They symbolize how valued a seed you are!
    Abram in Genesis. 17.10 had to undergo circumcision
    And for you and me, Moses would have these words for us in Deuteronomy. 10:16
    ‘Therefore circumcise the fore skins of your hearts and be no more stiff necked’.
    Rather consecrate your hearts. Revelation 6:10 imagery of closed ears.
    The only best place of bursting is when the seed abides in the branch, completely embedded on it.
    Galatians 6:14
    “May I never boast except in the cross of our lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me and I to the world’.

    Paul puts through a very pertinent issue in 1Corinthians 15.37-38
    ‘When you sow, you do not plant the body that will be, just a seed perhaps of wheat or something else. But God gives it a body as he has determined and to each kind of seed he gives his own body’.

    THE PRINCIPLES OF SOWING THE SEED:-
    A lot of seed must be scattered to produce a crop.
    1. Not all soils produce, but we cannot reap if we do not sow. Ecclesiastes. 11.1 ‘cast your bread upon the waters. For you will find it after many days. Give serving to seven and also eight. For you do not know what evil will be on the earth’.
    2. We must continue sowing because one day we will reap a harvest
    3. We must reap in proportion to what we have sown.
    4. We cannot do anything about last year’s harvest, but we can about this years
    5. We must believe in the seed we sow, knowing that some will produce fruit
    6. Once we see fruit, all our effort seems worthwhile.

    We started by saying the seed is the word of God
    This is the truth we have sustained all through.

    At what stage or level of growth are you?
    By the way do you qualify to be called quality seed?
    And if so are fruit visible from the tree that you are?

    Remember to those who realize the bar has been set too high; we have a mediator even the man Jesus Christ who for the joy set above him did not consider it sin to dye for you and me.
    And so there is an opportunity to mend ways.
    He declares in Mathew ‘come to me all you that are heavily laden and I will give you rest. Believe you me, here there is perfect rest.
    Rest in the presence of the father!

    The good thing is that he is the quality assurance officer. If he declares the seed is good, there are no other levels of assessment.
    He is final!
    Bwana asifiwe sana!

    And now to him who is able to do immeasurably by the grace that flows through him, to him may power and ability to do flow through you and enter you into practical practice.

    The lord add more blessing to his sovereign word, Amen!
